What this site stores

When you use the test, the browser may store your selected question IDs, test mode, last viewed question, and a result timestamp in local storage. Your score is calculated in the browser from those selections. This information stays in that browser unless you choose to share a result yourself.

The Classic edition calculates a score as 100 minus the number of selected items.

You can remove this local data at any time with Clear selections on the test or results page. Clearing browser site data also removes it.

What the test does not collect

You do not need an account, name, email address, date of birth, or payment information to use the test. We do not put answers, scores, or category breakdowns in URLs. We do not intentionally send that information through site analytics or remote logs.

Support messages

If you email support@rice-puritytest.app, the site operator and email provider process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments, to respond to or investigate your request. Do not send your answers, score, or other sensitive information unless it is essential. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.

Limited usage measurement

We may use basic, non-identifying usage measurement to understand actions such as starting or completing the test, opening a guide, or selecting a button. It never includes your answers, score, selected-item count, or category breakdown.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies itself. A browser, hosting provider, or service you use may apply its own settings; those are governed by that party’s policies.

Hosting and security logs

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process routine request information, including IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information, and security signals. We use this information to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. It is not used to reconstruct your test answers or score.

Sharing choices and external links

If you download a result card or copy a score, you control where it goes next. A downloaded card may display your score, but not your answers. Links to archives and other sites open services with their own privacy practices; this policy does not cover them.

Your choices and requests

Use the local clear controls to delete test data held by this site in your browser. To ask a privacy question or report a concern, email support@rice-puritytest.app. We may update this policy when the site changes; the effective date above will show the latest version.
